Tell us about your favorite paddling experience: In Banff, AB there is an iconic trail called the legacy trail that connects Banff and Canmore. Typically it's done as an out-and-back bike trip. I once paddled the bow river from Banff to Canmore, and then biked back via the legacy trail. I also had the opportunity to paddle the Bow River from Lake Louise to Banff (in two separate trips) and it's become an instant favourite.

What do you do when you are not paddling? Trying not to kill my houseplants.
