Tell us about your favorite paddling experience: A 4-day self-supported trip down the Green River, with my husband, Dave Sartoni. It was our first time on a river, our first time on Hala inflatables, and our first river "overnighter." It was beautiful, adventurous, and challenging. And it was the "gateway drug" to our river paddling addiction.

What do you do when you are not paddling? During the school year, I teach first graders. Any other time, I am likely playing cribbage or hanging out with my cats.
