Tell us about your favorite paddling experience: Muddy Creek, located in the San Raphael Swell in Utah, only flows high enough to paddle when there is an unusual amount of snowmelt at once. The creek was on my bucket list for years and I was finally able to make it happen in May 2017. Muddy Creek is known for the section that flows through a slot canyon for about seven miles.

What do you do when you are not paddling? Equestrian vaulting, rock climbing, and aerial arts.
